Returns and Refund Policy
With the exception of Sale pieces and Special Offers which shall be marked with the letters NX in both display material and next to the product name on the main hang-tag, Skin2Hide gives a full 14 day money back guarantee (excluding delivery and return charges). Where possible and when refunds are applicable (see returns procedure) those refunds will be credited to the customer’s original method of payment.

Returns Procedure
Please comply with the process as set out below to facilitate any refund.

  1. Please complete the returns form that has been supplied with your invoice and include it with the returned item/s.
  2. Re-pack the goods that you wish to return (If possible using the original packaging). Please ensure that the goods have secure outer packaging.
  3. Please copy the return address for the package as it is printed on the returns form.
  4. When we receive the returned goods Skin2Hide shall (conditional on 6 below) make a full refund of those goods less any postage costs incurred through their delivery. If it is preferred the customer may exchange the returned item/s, subject to availability, for the same style in a different size/colour.
  5. Any additional costs incurred when returning items shall be borne by the customer.
  6. Any item damaged in return transit is the customer’s responsibility. As a precaution S2H recommends that the customer takes postal insurance to the value of the returned goods.
  7. All items returned must be in the same condition as they were sent out. The return/s must include the original documentation, including any labelling and tagging which should remain attached to their garments or accessories. Skin2Hide shall not accept for refund any return where the goods have been damaged in any way. Neither will goods that have been worn, altered or in any way damaged by customer negligence be acceptable for refund.

Cancellation Policy
In the circumstance where goods are not immediately available for dispatch, Skin2Hide shall accept cancellations and offers a full refund within 7 days of order placement. Where purchases have been shipped any refund will be exclusive of original delivery charge and subject to Returns Procedure.

Cancellations shall only be accepted when made in writing and received by Skin2Hide within 7 days of original order. Order Confirmation Number must be quoted with any cancellation.
