Skin2Hide Limited (S2H / the Company) Transactional Website.
Without exception all transactions with S2H are limited to those persons and/or parties who are lawfully able to enter into and undertake contracts on the Website in accordance with current UK legislation.
Acceptability of purchases made through the website is limited to persons and/or parties who hold a valid credit/debit card issued by a bank or organisation acceptable to S2H. Eligibility shall also be determined by the card issuer’s authorisation of any purchase for the total amount of said purchase which may include any taxes and delivery charges that are in addition to the cost of the goods being purchased. Please note that customs policies differ from country to country and orders reaching their destination country may be subject to additional import duties and/or taxes. These duties and/or taxes must be borne by the recipient. For more information you are advised to contact the customs authority in the order destination country.
Where it is believed that multiple orders of the same item are being ordered for the purpose of re-sale, S2H reserves the right of process with those transactions.
Purchasers will be required to register personal details. This includes their official title and name, telephone number and email address, as well as any other contact information that is deemed necessary to fulfil the transaction. Purchasers shall also be required to submit details in order to facilitate payment and to confirm that those details are true and correspond to the registered personal information provided. S2H shall deem it to be the case that where a purchaser has supplied payment details the purchaser gives authority to S2H (or agents dealing on their behalf) to obtain information with regard to the purchaser’s credit worthiness.

Where possible it is our aim to deliver goods to UK addresses within 3-4 working days of receipt of order. All sent goods will require a signature on delivery.
Orders delivered to addresses in the UK shall be subject to a delivery charge starting from 9.00 GB Pounds.

If your destination address is not listed above please contact sales@skin2hide.com to have delivery costed and arranged.
Deliveries to addresses outside of the UK will be made using secure postal/courier services and where possible shall require a signature upon delivery. Although Skin2Hide shall endeavour to have goods transported speedily we are unable to give precise times on ex’ UK deliveries due to the recipient country’s customs clearance procedures.
All delivery times are only estimates and the postal/courier services that S2H uses are outside of Skin2Hide’s control and we will not, under any circumstances, be liable for any delay in meeting specific delivery times.
Orders dispatched to addresses outside of the UK shall be subject of a delivery charge which shall depend on the orders destination. Where delivery charges are applicable those charges shall be included at the point of check-out.
It is S2H’s policy to charge for delivery of goods at a fair price and we shall endeavour to use a method of dispatch that will ensure fast and safe delivery of all orders.
If any problem arises with regard to the delivery of an order we shall send the customer a personal email informing of any delays.

Tax
Where prices are shown for retail purchases these prices are inclusive of UK VAT.
Where prices are shown for wholesale enquiries these prices exclude taxes and shall be subject to UK VAT.
Any taxes/duties imposed on orders that are to be exported (to addresses ex’ UK) are the customer’s responsibility.
General Product Information
All products displayed on this website are available only whilst stocks last. Every effort has been made to reflect product colours as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in monitors, we are unable to guarantee that the colour you will see on your monitor will accurately reflect the true colour of the product.
Leather Products
These are natural products that have come from animals that have had a life and although Skin2Hide vigorously controls the sourcing and purchasing of these products it will inevitably be the case that there will be some imperfections. Generally quality control ensures that material problems are minimised although it cannot be guaranteed that there will not be some slight imperfections in the finished materials.
Bespoke Products
Due to the nature of the creative process employed with hand-crafted bespoke products, and contrary to production line manufactured goods, individual pieces will have certain nuances. It should not be expected that these products are created with symmetry in mind but more that they are solely unique and individual.
Product Care
All garments are labelled with care symbols for your products care. Please follow the instructions on these labels carefully.
Leathercraft
Wherever necessary Skin2Hide shall provide care instructions.
Always have cleaned by dry cleaners specialising in leather.
Entire Agreement
These website terms and conditions constitute the sole record of the agreement between you and Skin2Hide Limited in relation to your use of the website. Neither you nor the company shall be bound by any express tacit or implied representation, warranty, promise or the like not recorded herein. Unless otherwise specifically stated these website terms and conditions supersede and replace all prior commitments, undertakings or representations, whether written or oral, between you and Skin2Hide in respect of your use of the website.
